What if my home doesn’t sell?

What do I do if I can’t show my home?
If you cannot show your home on a temporary or permanent basis, we will take all calls and accompany all prospects through the property. You still save money and we will produce more buyers by creating the perception of better value!

Why Does Broker say the won’t "show"?
Brokers are motivated to show Tri-Star Real Estate listings before those of another company. Our program is so powerful that this is the only defense available. Any broker that does not show a Tri-Star Real Estate listing knows that the buyer can and probably will contact you direct to view the property. The broker loses while the seller wins.

What about follow up on my prospects?
I recommend that you call your agent every week with the names and numbers of any prospects. If it is a "hot" prospect call your agent immediately. Our phones are answered by agents 24 hrs. a day. Our office is open to 6:00 PM.

How often should I hold an open house?
It depends on the area but I feel most homes should be held open at least once a month with Sunday the prime day.

How many brochures in the tube?
Put 10 in at first, then check it once a week. You will know how many have been taken and have a sense of activity. Let use know as soon as you run low on brochure. Never Let Tubes Run Out!
